News - The Pennsylvania Avenue Funds

The Pennsylvania Avenue Event-Driven Fund will open today as the Quaker Event Arbitrage Fund (QEAAX).
The acquisition of all assets and liabilities of the fund by the Quaker Event Arbitrage Fund was approved at the shareholder meeting on June 4th. 95% of the votes cast were in favor of the merger.
The Quaker Event Arbitrage Fund will have the same strategy and the same portfolio manager as the Pennsylvania Avenue Event-Driven Fund.

The Pennsylvania Avenue Event-Driven Fund (ticker: PAEDX) will not pay a dividend for fiscal year 2009.
